We know that visiting a new dentist can feel overwhelming. We have made the process as simple and transparent as possible so you can walk in feeling calm and confident.
Book online through our website any time, day or night, or call us at (512) 974-2000 during office hours. We typically have same-week availability for new patients, and we will confirm your appointment within one business day.
After booking, we will send you a link to complete your new patient intake forms before you arrive. This includes your health history, insurance information, and consent forms. Doing this ahead of time means no paperwork in the waiting room and a faster, smoother first visit.
We ask that new patients arrive about 10 minutes early for their first visit. You will be greeted at the front desk, introduced to your hygienist, and have a few minutes to get comfortable before your appointment begins. There is no rush. We want you to feel completely at ease.
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive dental exam with Dr. Mitchell or Dr. Carter, a full set of digital X-rays, and a professional cleaning. Before you leave, we will review everything we found, explain any recommended treatment clearly and without pressure, and answer every question you have.
If you have a question that is not answered here, just call us at (512) 974-2000 and we will be happy to help.
Your first visit typically takes about 90 minutes. This includes the comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and a full cleaning. We schedule enough time so that nothing feels rushed.
We accept most major dental insurance plans including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Humana, and many others. Call us with your plan details and we will verify your coverage before your visit.
We offer our new patient special ($99 exam, X-rays, and cleaning) for uninsured patients. We also offer CareCredit and Sunbit financing, plus our in-house wellness plan starting at $29 per month.
Absolutely. We welcome patients of all ages, from children having their first dental visit to seniors. We can often schedule family members back to back to minimize the number of trips to the office.
After your exam, your doctor will review any findings with you and present a clear treatment plan. We never pressure anyone to proceed with additional treatment immediately. You will have time to ask questions, think it over, and decide what is right for you.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can call us at (512) 974-2000 or reply to your appointment confirmation. We understand that life happens and we work hard to accommodate schedule changes.
